文華咖啡冰室屹立於寶其利街四十年，雖歷店主易手，但店內裝潢從未改變，仍極有老香港的味道，時光彷彿在店中凝固。文華的招牌自開業保存至今，故招牌上的店名仍舊用古字；店內裝修保留老香港冰室風格，如舊式吊扇、傳統卡位、磚塊牆、木椅等等，任時光荏苒也未曾變化。
冰室於一九九七年從原店主轉手至現任老闆陳先生。陳先生原是文華的茶客，得知當時的老闆要售出冰室後，決定頂讓這間已有感情的餐廳，希望能保留自己鍾愛的味道；今年已屆八十四歲的陳老闆仍堅持用3種茶葉溝出奶茶，指這是文華獨特的風味，昐望能一直保存下去。文華在鼎盛之時曾在九龍區有三家不同的冰室，但現只餘於寶其利街的文華咖啡冰室。
