中環太平館餐廳 2015-02-162017-09-12admin 一八六零年，中國首間華人經營的西餐廳於廣州南沙太平沙開業，按地址取名「太平館餐廳」。餐廳創辦人徐老高，原任職西廚，後成流動小販售賣以西方方法配合中式醬油的創新小食，食品廣受好評，遂於一八六零年在廣州開店，售賣「豉油西餐」。太平館曾在廣州分為「舊館」及「新館」，「新館」於二十年代結業；一九二六年，第一間分店在永漢路（廣州）開設。至今，「太平館餐廳」於香港共有四間支店，以焗疏乎厘和瑞士汁雞翼聞名。 地址：中環士丹利街60號地下 照片：Lai Ty 撰文：Joyce Jim
